As per the latest Governments guidelines, we no longer have restrictions imposed on the use of any of our facilities and guests can now once again enjoy everything that we have to offer. Guests may continue to wear face coverings but this is purely personal choice.
As always, we continue to provide the highest levels of cleaning and sanitisation and use Tersano Stabilised Aquaeous Ozone, which kills viruses and bacteria, and meets the EN 14476 testing standard required when choosing a product that is effective against Coronavirus. All our buildings benefit from good natural ventilation and the washrooms also benefit from mechanical ventilation. Alcohol hand gel remains available for those who wish to use it.
As per our T&Cs (section 6), we recommend that all guests consider travel insurance to cover any unforeseen eventualities and/or financial loss from cancellation or early departure.
