Maximum pitch occupancy
There is a maximum of six family members (including infants) per pitch, with no more than four adults.
The Backpacker pitches have a maximum occupancy of two people.
Pitch requests
Can only be made for guests staying five or more nights.

Maximum size is 2x2m.

Kitchen tent/shelter
Shelters/kitchen tents (maximum size 3.5mx3.5m) are permitted at our discretion, but this will depend on the size of your allocated pitch and main unit – if we deem that there is insufficient room on the pitch or you are causing an obstruction/ hazard, or you are encroaching onto a neighbouring pitch, then we will require the item to be moved or removed.
We regret that we do not accept American motorhomes/lorries/lorry conversions/commercial vehicles and generators are strictly prohibited.
You can book for any number of nights, to arrive/depart on any day.
Arrival time
Pitches are usually available from 12:00 noon. Please do not arrive before this time, as we do not have a holding area.
If you expect to arrive after 6:00pm, please let us know in advance. The latest arrival and check-in time is 10:00pm. Unfortunately, arrivals after this time cannot be admitted to the Park. As we do not have a late-arrivals area, we recommend arranging alternative accommodation and checking in from 9:00am the following day.
Departure time
On departure, pitches must be vacated by 11:00am.
Gas or charcoal BBQs only (all BBQs must be extinguished by 10pm), strictly no fires/fire pits/Chinese lanterns etc.
Is prohibited in all buildings and the play area.
